Excel Macro: Combine Columns & Then Combine into Single Sheet

Excel Macro: Combine Columns & Then Combine into Single Sheet

I need help creating a macro please.
SAMPLE DATA CAN BE DOWNLOADED HERE
Each Row contains two full names and two full mailing addresses. I need to
convert each row into four different rows as shown below.
For Example, here is a before and after image of a single row
Caveat #1: Data to be converted can be found on Sheet1, Sheet2, AND Sheet3
(see sample file above). I need all the results of the macro to be place
on the sheet called "Final". The order in which the records appear in the
"Final" sheet, does not matter. The data in the "Final" tab is only for
the results of the macro so everything in "Final" should be replaced with
the new data each time the macro is run. The data in Sheet1-3 should
remain unchanged by the macro.
Caveat #2: There are multiple rows per sheet, not just one line (which you
probably figured out already). The number of rows per sheet ranges from
2-5,000.
If anyone can help me create this macro it would be a HUGE service and be
a giant help! Thanks to everyone that tries.
